Dortmund eye two signings after Sancho sale

Jadon Sancho’s transfer to Manchester United is finally set to happen, leaving Borussia Dortmund free to pursue new players.

The German giants reportedly plan to sign forward Donyell Malen from Dutch side PSV Eindhoven. They’re also working on a deal for RB Leipzig full-back Marcel Halstenberg. [Christian Falk – Bild]

Manchester City and Everton both keen on Arsenal target White

Just as Arsenal appeared to be on the brink of completing Ben White’s transfer for around £50 million, two rival clubs could throw their hats in the ring.

One of them is Everton. The Toffees, who recently appointed Rafael Benitez as their new manager, are prepared to match Arsenal’s fee. They may even include an extra £5 million in add-ons to sweeten the deal with Brighton. [Daily Mail]

PSG and Ramos in advanced talks

Sergio Ramos has entered ‘advanced negotiations’ with Paris Saint-Germain regarding a free transfer this summer.

The defender is officially a free agent after his Real Madrid contract expired on Wednesday. Therefore, PSG have stepped up their efforts to sign him. A final decision is expected in the coming days.

Despite Ramos wanting a two-year deal, PSG have allegedly offered him a one-year contract with an option for a second year. The 35-year-old would also have to accept a pay cut to join the Parisians. [ESPN]

West Ham star Rice rejects two contract offers

Declan Rice has reportedly rejected two contract offers from West Ham.

The 22-year-old has requested to be kept informed of any transfer bids made for him. Chelsea, Manchester United, and Manchester City are all interested. But it may take an offer of over £100 million to convince West Ham to sell their midfielder. [Guardian]

The reason Arsenal haven’t sold Willian yet revealed

Despite Arsenal’s attempts to offload Willian, the Brazilian’s wage demands have proved to be a big turnoff for potential bidders.

Leeds to sign Barcelona defender Firpo

The Whites are closing in on signing Barcelona full-back Junior Firpo in a deal worth around €15 million [£12.9m].
