A high-profile transfer is in the process of being finalized, with BVB verifying they’ve reached an agreement to sell Sancho to the Red Devils.

Borussia Dortmund have confirmed Jadon Sancho’s move to Manchester United in a statement released on their official club website.

Sancho has been built his reputation not only as one of the most exciting young talents but also as one of the best wingers in the world during his four years in Germany.

Ready for bigger challenges in his career now, the former Manchester City man, who is currently on international duty with England at Euro 2020, is on the verge of returning to the Premier League.

Manchester United fans have long been waiting to see Sancho in their club’s colors, and it won’t be too before that happens.

statement from Dortmund to the stock market reads: “The player Jadon Sancho is about to move from Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA to Manchester United Football Club Limited. 

“Both clubs and the player reached an agreement on this today. If the transfer is realized, Manchester United will pay BVB a fixed transfer fee of EUR 85.0 million.

“The contractual details now have to be coordinated and documented. 

“The formal processing of the transfer is also subject to the successful completion of all necessary medical tests and examinations, a coordination procedure with the player’s previous club and the proper and timely processing in accordance with the provisions of the FIFA Transfer Matching System (FIFA TMS).”
