The veteran Blues defender hopes Neymar will go to London if he leaves Paris Saint-Germain.
Thiago Silva has urged Brazil teammate Neymar to join him at Chelsea if he leaves PSG in the summer.
In recent weeks, Neymar’s future has come under the spotlight. PSG might be open to selling their world-record signing for a notable fee, prompting rumors of interest from Italian club Juventus.
Neymar’s former agent Wagner Ribeiro, however, said last week the 30-year-old attacker is still intent on staying at PSG and helping the club win that elusive first Champions League title.
🎙 Wagner Ribeiro, an agent close to Neymar's family: "Neymar has a dream: to win the Champions League with PSG. Despite all the rumours about a possible departure, he is very motivated and will not stop until he has reached his goal." 🇧🇷

‘He has to go to Chelsea’
But if the former Barcelona star does leave France, Silva hopes his next club will be Chelsea.
“He [Neymar] has to go to Chelsea,” the 37-year-old Blues defender told Globo.
“If he is about to leave, then he must go there. If it happens, then the expectation is the best possible one. We don’t even need to talk about Neymar’s ability. Besides that, he is a super friend.
“I hope this happens instead of only being something on the news, but I don’t know anything about it.”
As it stands, Chelsea are focused on signing another Brazilian player in Raphinha. The Blues and the star’s club, Leeds United, have reportedly agreed to a £55 million (€64m) transfer fee.
