Sergio Aguero was apparently a frustrated figure following his side’s Champions League victory over Monchengladbach on Tuesday night.

Video footage has emerged, with Aguero heard complaining about his teammates in City’s 2-0 victory over Borussia Monchengladbach.

City secured their place in the Champions League quarter-finals with another against the German side, making it 4-0 on aggregate.

The Premier League leaders dominated proceedings for most of the game. In attack, they enjoyed 10 shots on goal, with six hitting the target. It was rather impressive considering they started the game with no natural striker.

However, it all changed when Aguero came off the bench for a 15-minute cameo. It was only his 14th appearance of the season and the forward barely got service from his teammates.

As per a video footage from ESPN, Aguero was heard complaining about his team-mates.

As he walked off the pitch accompanied by a City coach, the Argentine was heard saying “No me paean la pelota”, which translates to: “They don’t pass me the ball”.

Aguero did not register a single shot on goal for his short spell on the pitch at the Puskas Arena, Hungary.

It continues a frustrating season for the Argentine as his future at the Etihad stadium remains uncertain.

Aguero has recently been linked with a move to Barcelona and his relationship with Messi could make that a possibility. The 32-year-old is highly respected at City but might consider a future elsewhere if he continues to find chances hard to come by.
