It appears Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not happy with EA Sports, who are the FIFA 21 videogame developers. He just declared war against them.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been part of the EA Sports FIFA franchise for many years but he’s never been part of their principal roster. He never got to sign any contract regarding his image with the company and they used his name for many years. After this long, the Swedish striker finally decided to do something about it because he doesn’t like it when his name is used to make profit without his consent.

In a recent revelation on his official Twitter account, Zlatan Ibrahimovic wrote the following statement: “Who gave FIFA EA Sport permission to use my name and face?” Ibra wrote on Twitter. “FifPro? I’m not aware to be a member of Fifpro and if I am I was put there without any real knowledge through some weird maneuver. And for sure I never allowed FIFA or Fifpro to make money using me. Somebody is making profit on my name and face without any agreement all these years. Time to investigate.”

Zlatan will be out for one month.

In the midst of this recent incident with EA Sports, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will finally find some time to investigate the issue while he recovers from an injury. We recently told you that he has a hamstring problem on his thigh. However, AC Milan’s doctors just reported that the tentative period he won’t be able to play is up to one month.

Although they will conduct new tests in 10 days, the doctors are almost certain he won’t fully recover by that time. This means that we won’t see Zlatan back on the pitch until mid-December when his club faces Parma in Serie A. This will be the perfect time for him to talk to agent Mino Raiola and get to the bottom of his investigation. We would like to note that Zlatan is saying something about it when he gets the lowest FIFA 21 rating in his entire career.
