Hakim Ziyech can’t wait to start impacting Chelsea’s game alongside three of the Blues’ brightest prospects.

Several injury setbacks have prevented Ziyech from becoming a permanent fixture in Frank Lampard’s set-up so far this season.

In a squad already jammed full of world-class potential, the former Ajax star will have to fight for regular first-team action.

But, the 27-year-old forward made a cameo appearance in Chelsea’s 3-3 draw with Southampton last weekend. He was also handed 28 minutes of action during a goalless home stalemate with Sevilla in the Champions League.

There’s no doubt Ziyech will get his minutes once fully fit. While waiting to return to full strength, he has been scouting his new teammates.

The Morocco international is keen to impact Chelsea’s game and can’t wait to do it alongside the likes of Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, and Christian Pulisic.

“I have two different options, maybe three, depending on what the coach thinks. For me, it doesn’t matter where I’m playing,” Ziyech said, as per the Metro.

“Kai [Havertz] and Timo [Werner] are two big talents, and they have already proved that in the past with what they did at their previous clubs.

“Christian [Pulisic] is also one of the biggest talents. They all have a lot of quality, and Christian has been here longer than us. You have seen what he is capable of doing on the pitch. He’s just a crazy winger.

“For me, it’s really exciting to work with them, and I don’t care where I play on the pitch.”
