Eden Hazard is finally back to his usual self after nearly a year struggling with injuries and Zidane is very happy about it. The French manager was eagerly waiting for the Belgian star to make his appearance and Huesca was the perfect victim for him to do it.
It’s pretty clear that Real Madrid’s title hopes are directly related to what Eden Hazard can do next to Karim Benzema on the attack. Now that he cleared the air a little through this performance, he can finally focus on getting even better everyday. Zidane was even starting to get a little concerned about the player’s mental state but he still trusted his abilities.
After the match, the gaffer was quizzed about the Belgian star and gave his honest reaction to the goal. We certainly can expect ‘Zizou’ to be more relaxed from this moment forward as Hazard slowly ges back to his best physical shape.

Zidane said the following on Diario AS: “I’m just happy for his performance. He played 20 minutes the other day, today he played more. We know the quality he has, he scored a good goal. We need him in the first half because the game changed after his goal. You can see the association he has with other players. Hazard plays on the left and Vini’s favorite position is there. We’ll see how we do it.
“I’m just happy with his game and what we did today. He’s okay, he doesn’t have any pain and he is happy. His teammates are also happy with that goal he scored. It’s a victory, four goals and we have to be happy for that.”
