The Real Madrid boss has settled on his plans for the next two transfer windows in the new year.

Reports in Spain claim Zinedine Zidane has decided against making any signings in the January transfer window.

The Real Madrid manager has made no requests to the board and appears content with his current squad for the second half of the campaign, with the club again in contention for domestic and European honors.

Diario AS claim Real Madrid don’t plan to pursue any new players until the summer transfer window. The Spanish giants hope the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic will be behind them, resulting in increased revenue.

No January departures are expected either amid the uncertain futures of Isco, Marcelo, and Luka Jovic.

As it stands, Zidane wants to keep the trio to make rotations considering the club’s congested list of fixtures.

Real Madrid return from a brief winter break on Wednesday night to resume the defense of their La Liga title away to Elche.
