Roma set price for Arsenal to sign Tammy Abraham

Arsenal will have to pay a transfer fee of around €80 million (£67.7m) to sign Tammy Abraham from AS Roma.

The 24-year-old striker joined Roma from Chelsea last summer. He has since become an important part of Jose Mourinho’s side, supplying 24 goals in 46 games across all competitions.

Arsenal have reportedly made Abraham a target, alongside Manchester City striker Gabriel Jesus. [Football London]

PSG still hopeful Mbappe will stay

Paris Saint-Germain remain hopeful that Kylian Mbappe will commit his future to the club.

Despite reports linking Mbappe with a free transfer to Real Madrid this summer, PSG hope otherwise. The club’s president, Nasser Al-Khelaifi, held talks with the striker’s mother, Fayza Lamari. The meeting went well, leaving the Ligue 1 champions in a confident mood.

Araujo agrees to new Barcelona deal

Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo has agreed on a new contract until 2026 with a €1 billion buyout clause.

The 23-year-old Uruguayan’s previous contract with the LaLiga club was set to expire in 2023.

Chelsea to keep tabs on free Rudiger replacement

The Blues have asked to be kept informed about Arminia Bielefeld defender Amos Pieper.

Chelsea have identified the 24-year-old German as a potential replacement for Antonio Rudiger, who will leave the club on a free transfer to possibly Real Madrid this summer.
