The Spurs head coach was left frustrated after his side stretched their winless streak in the league to four matches on Sunday night.
Tottenham were unable to grab a win despite taking a very early lead in the Premier League clash against Wolves.
An ambitious effort from Tanguy Ndombele saw Spurs go ahead within less than 60 seconds of kick-off but a late goal from Roman Saiss forced a share of the spoils at the Molineux.
Jose Mourinho’s men have now dropped points in each of their previous four Premier League fixtures.
“One point against Wolves normally wouldn’t be a bad result because they are a strong opponent,” Mourinho told Sky Sports. “But scoring in the first minute and having the control of the game for the rest of it and having 89 minutes to score more, there’s a sense of feeling frustrated.
“I know the way I prepare the team, I know what I asked of the players, I know all that and don’t want to say much more than that. I give some credit to Wolves of course because they put pressure on us, pressure that we coped quite well with, controlling the game very well.
“We didn’t have that ambition or desire to go for more.”
A 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace, 2-1 defeat to Liverpool, 2-0 loss to Leicester City in the league had preceded the 1-1 result on Sunday.
Tottenham’s last victory came in the 2-0 north London derby against Arsenal on earlier in December.
