The Spanish goalkeeper has become a free agent after spending 12 years at Old Trafford.

David de Gea, finds himself in the spotlight as a devoted fan created a shocking two-hour compilation video titled “De Gea: Fraud,” highlighting the shot-stopper’s career mistakes.

The film, titled “De Gea: Fraud,” features 1 hour and 49 minutes of footage showcasing the goalkeeper’s errors throughout his career at both Manchester United and Atletico Madrid.

The video, created by a fan named EriksButcher, quickly gained attention and clocked over two million views within a short period. Surprisingly, the runtime of the compilation exceeds that of popular Hollywood films such as Toy Story and The Lion King.

While De Gea has been a standout performer for Manchester United and has won the club’s Player of the Year award four times, recent years have seen a decline in his performance, with costly mistakes impacting crucial matches. Despite winning the Golden Glove last season, the Spanish goalkeeper’s errors have become more frequent and costly.

Notably, De Gea was at fault for several goals, including three in Brentford’s 4-0 victory over United, a soft cross that slipped under his legs in an FA Cup tie against Everton, and a particularly error-prone performance against Sevilla in the Europa League quarter-final second leg. His underwhelming display in the FA Cup final against Manchester City also drew criticism.

With David de Gea now officially a free agent following a contract dispute with Manchester United, his future at the club remains uncertain. Man Utd are reportedly eyeing a move for Inter’s Andre Onana, but they are yet to make a formal offer for the Cameroon international.
