Arsenal, Tottenham, and Liverpool were touted as possible temporary destinations during the previous transfer window for the Brazilian.

Vinicius Junior has ruled out the possibility of leaving Real Madrid on loan in the summer transfer window.

Vinicius joined Real Madrid from Flamengo for a hefty €45 million back in 2018 as a talented teenager with loads of potential.

Two-and-a-half years later, the young winger has established himself as a regular in the Los Blancos line-up.

However, he has not shown any significant improvement and, with questions being asked about his productivity, it appears that the club’s stance in terms of his importance in the squad is gradually changing.

The 20-year-old was tipped to join the Premier League on loan in January while it has also been suggested that he could be used as a makeweight in a deal to land Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain.

Quizzed whether he is open to a temporary move away from Santiago Bernabeu, Vinicius told TNT Sports: “No. I’m always focused on wanting to be at Real Madrid, being with the best players, learning alongside the best players.

“I’m 20 years old and it seems as though I’ve been playing for many years but I’m only at the beginning of my career.

“I’m learning a lot from the players that are here, those that play in my position. I want to stay at Real Madrid forever.”
