Moreover, the cameras even picked up the moment when PSG’s new boss trades his face mask for one with the club’s design.
Pochettino has been unemployed for a year as the Spurs traded him for Jose Mourinho. Nevertheless, as Les Parisiens let go of their former manager Thomas Tuchel, the 48-year-old was immediately linked to the job. Moreover, Pochettino returns to the French champions after spending two years with the club as a player.
The Argentinian manager takes over PSG as they prepare to take on Saint-Etienne next Wednesday for Ligue 1. The champions occupy third place in the league. However, they are only one point behind current joint-leaders Lyon and Lille.
