Juventus are through to Coppa Italia’s final where they will face Atalanta in the month of May. The Bianconeri managed to secure their spot after a two-legged victory over Inter Milan. This Tuesday night, Juve and Inter’s clash ended in a goalless tie, much due to Samir Handanovic’s master performance.

The veteran goalkeeper was able to stop Cristiano Ronaldo’s efforts a total of five times, which couldn’t have left the star feeling joyful. Nevertheless, Handanovic was one of the best players on the pitch and Inter can’t blame him for being knocked out of the Cup.

In fact, one of the fixture’s most brilliant moments featured one of the clashes between the 36-year-old keeper and the 36-year-old striker. Cristiano Ronaldo picked up the ball from the left-wing and dribbled his way around Skriniar, Barella and de Vrij. It left us reminiscing of old-school Cristiano who left defenders wondering where they were with his incredible skills.

Actually, as soon as the defenders realized what was happening, it was already too late. Ronaldo quickly entered the box and sent the ball on its way to the net with a powerful strike. However, the Portuguese star was left empty-handed as a Super Handanovic displayed another wonderful save.

Although the goalkeeper was determined to frustrate Cristiano, the star and his team will get the chance to collect another piece of silverware. All that’s left unknown is if Atalanta’s Gollini will also pose as many difficulties for Ronaldo as Handanovic did.
