Ahead of their Premier League clash with Brighton, Manchester United have been handed an injury blow. Anthony Martial is set to miss out.

Manchester United are likely to be without Anthony Martial for at least their next two games.

The Frenchman hobbled out of last week’s World Cup qualifier with Kazakhstan after picking up an issue with his left knee.

The forward was absent for France’s win over Bosnia in midweek. According to L’Equipe, he is likely to miss out on this weekend’s clash with Brighton.

The report suggests the Frenchman is also a major doubt for the Europa League quarter final first leg with Granada next Thursday.

Speaking about his injury recently, France manager Didier Deschamps said: “Anthony has a small issue on his knee. Nothing is decided yet.

With Mason Greenwood also set to be out of action at the weekend, it leaves the Red Devils short of options going forward.

A possible option could see Solskjaer deploy Rashford in the center forward position.
