Barcelona’s promise to Salah prompts Liverpool ace into U-turn
Barcelona chiefs have promised Mohamed Salah a transfer to the club in 2023 if he refuses to sign a new Liverpool contract.
The Egyptian forward has one year left on his contract. The plan is to stay at Anfield for next season. But beyond then, it remains uncertain whether he’ll commit to a new deal or leave as a free agent in the summer of 2023.

No Tottenham comeback on the cards for Bale
Tottenham have no plans to re-sign Wales captain Gareth Bale for a third spell in north London.

Manchester United are targeting a move for Inter Milan right-back Denzel Dumfries.
Former manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s big-money gamble on Aaron Wan-Bissaka has failed to bear fruit. The Red Devils, therefore, could change right-backs in the summer.
