Arsenal renew interest in €70m-rated Serie A striker

The Gunners have renewed their transfer interest in Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez.

The 24-year-old Argentinian has scored 17 goals in 32 Serie A appearances for Inter this season. Atletico Madrid and Manchester United are among the clubs interested in him. According to Transfermarkt, he has a market value of around €70 million.

Aside from Martinez, Arsenal also have eyes on Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus and Everton’s Dominic Calvert-Lewin. The Gunners plan to sign two strikers this summer. [The Times]

Could Lingard end up in Serie A?

AC Milan and Juventus lead the race to sign Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard.

The 29-year-old Englishman is set to end a two-decade-long association with United in the summer once his contract expires after struggling for game time this season.

Aside from AC Milan and Juventus, some unnamed Premier League clubs and sides abroad have expressed an interest in signing Lingard on a free transfer. [ESPN]
