Arsenal hold transfer talks with Uruguayan goal machine

The Gunners have held ‘background talks’ with the agent of Benfica striker Darwin Nunez.

The 22-year-old Uruguayan has 26 goals in 33 outings across all competitions this season, including 20 Primeira Liga goals and four Champions League goals. His progress has caught Arsenal, West Ham, and Newcastle’s interest.
