The Red Devils will face Chelsea on Thursday without six senior players including captain Harry Maguire.
Jadon Sancho, Harry Maguire, Fred, Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba, and Luke Shaw will miss the Premier League match against Chelsea.
Manchester United interim manager Ralf Rangnick has ruled all six players out. Sancho is unwell with tonsillitis. Maguire has a knee problem, while an ankle injury leaves Shaw sidelined. Fred, Cavani, and Pogba all have calf injuries.
Rangnick has also stated that full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka is a doubt as well with an unspecified issue.

Rangnick could use young players
Considering his growing list of absent first-team players, Rangnick may consider using youngsters in the remaining games but only if the moment was right.
The German has indicated that Hannibal Mejbri, Alvaro Fernandez, and Alejandro Garnacho could make the matchday squad.
“We have quite a few players missing tomorrow and one or two still with question marks so we will have to wait and see until tomorrow to see if, for example, Aaron Wan-Bissaka can play,” Rangnick said in a pre-match press conference on Wednesday.
“I already played Hannibal at Liverpool so it’s possible [I’ll play youngsters] but we also have to be fair enough to those players.
“It has to be the right moment, they should have a chance to play well and perform well so it’s not just pushing them into a game. I think it should also be the right moment.”
When could Cavani return?
On the other hand, Cavani could report back to training on Friday and possibly feature in the final three games of the season.
The Uruguayan striker has not played for Manchester United since the 1-0 Champions League defeat to Atletico Madrid on March 15 due to a calf injury.
“Well, he should be back in training on Friday, so the day after the Chelsea game, according to the team doctor, and then we will have to see,” Rangnick said about Cavani.
“He has been out for quite some time now but according to our team doctor he should be back in training on Friday.”
Bet365 has backed Chelsea as the favorites for Thursday’s Premier League match against Manchester United. At the time of writing, a Blues win is priced at odds of 2.25. This implies they have a 44% chance of victory.
