Bramall Lane opened its doors for this match between Sheffield United and Man United in the Premier League. We have the player ratings.

Man United had an important visit to Sheffield on Thursday on the same day Marcus Rashford got recognized by FIFA for his charitable work. The English forward wanted to leave an impression on this special day as he led the Red Devils through another comeback. A game that didn’t start well for Henderson, the goalkeeper made a terrible mistake against his former club that cost him the initial goal. Sheffield United got ahead in the scoreboard through McGoldrick but the moment didn’t last long.

Rashford scored a wonderful solo goal after a deep assist from Lindelof, that was the equalizer and the start of a great comeback by Man United. Minutes after that, Paul Pogba proved he can still be important before he leaves as he assisted Martial for United’s second goal. The comeback was complete before half time but we still had a full 45 minutes left to play.

Pogba delivers a brilliant set of skills.

Right after the break, Paul Pogba began a counter-attack with a brilliant set of skills to get rid of three defenders. He served the ball to Martial, who in turn decided to share it with Marcus Rashford. That’s how United scored their third and final goal for Manchester United, a wonderful play from one end to the other. Near the end, Henderson got surprised by McGoldrick again for Sheffield United’s second goal.

However, he did make a wonderful save that allowed United to get three points home. It was a game filled with contracts for the Red Devils with a positive result. Even though they haven’t been consistent this season, Manchester United is still five points behind Liverpool at the top of the Premier League table. This is arguably one of the most competitive seasons we’ve experienced in recent English football history.
