Fikayo Tomori has made just four appearances for Chelsea this season and appears set for an exit. AC Milan have begun talks over a loan deal for the 23-year-old, but the Serie A leaders also want a buy option included. They’re willing to pay a fee in the region of £26m (€29m). [Guardian]

Militao to replace Alaba at Bayern Munich?
