Jadon Sancho insists he neither pays attention nor is irked by the media constantly linking him with a move away from Borussia Dortmund.

Jadon Sancho’s rise to prominence with Borussia Dortmund has seen him emerge as not only one of the most exciting talents but also one of the best attackers in all of Europe.

The 20-year old has scored 34 goals and registered 53 assists for the senior Dortmund team during his three-year stay at the club so far, with 20 of those goals as well as assists coming in the last season.

Sancho arrived at the Signal Iduna Park after failing to make a name for himself at Manchester City. And now that he has done that, he has heavily been linked with a return to the Premier League.

Manchester United have looked the strongest contenders in the race to bring him back to his homeland.

It has been reported that Man United are negotiating a deal for Sancho, who they identify as their priority summer target. This is despite Dortmund on numerous occasions asserting that they do not intend to part ways with the young winger.

“No, the media’s the media. They’re always going to try and create a story, but this is how you manage it,” Sancho replied when asked if the transfer rumors bother him, speaking to Sport Bible.

“For me, I just focus on my football. I just want to do what’s best for my team and win titles at the end of the day.”

Should the Red Devils be successful in landing him, it is expected that he will become their record signing as BVB have slapped a price tag of around €120 million on their prized asset.

“I guess it’s a nice feeling to be worth so much, but again, I don’t really look at it that much,” Sancho added.

“For me, it’s about doing well for my team and doing well for myself as well.”
