Roy Keane spilled the beans after witnessing Arsenal triumph over Man Utd with a 3-1 score at the Emirates Stadium.

On Sunday, Arsenal picked up a thrilling 3-1 win against Manchester United at the Emirates.

The second half was full of drama, with a disallowed goal, a ruled-out penalty, a 96th-minute winner, and two goals in the dying minutes of added time.

It was the match that could’ve gone either way, but it ended in an Arsenal victory. Keane felt the Gunners ‘just about’ deserved to win, despite a decent shift from his old club, Manchester United.

“Credit to both teams and both managers, they both went to try and win the football match,” Keane said on Sky Sports.

“Maybe they [Arsenal] just about deserved it, maybe just about, but it’s tough on United.”

In the first half, Marcus Rashford put Manchester United ahead. Arsenal responded quickly with a goal from Martin Odegaard. The game was level at 1-1.

The Gunners proceeded to control much of the game and had a Kai Havertz penalty appeal turned down after a VAR review in the second half.

Yet, in a surprising twist, another VAR spared them when Alejandro Garnacho had his goal disallowed for a narrow offside call.

Then, in the 96th minute, Declan Rice scored to send the Emirates into raptures. Two minutes later, Gabriel Jesus bagged a third goal for Arsenal to seal the three points, sending the Gunners four points clear of the 11th-placed United in fifth.
