The reigning La Liga champions appear to have received a treble boost ahead of the game against Valencia this weekend.

Eden Hazard has returned to training along with Real Madrid teammates Lucas Vazquez and Dani Carvajal.

Hazard, who was set to be sidelined for around four to six weeks with a muscle injury, was seen at the club’s training ground at Valdedebas. He completed both indoor and outdoor work on Thursday and was seen again on Friday.

According to Marca, Hazard is already running on the grass and could make an earlier than planned return. He is in an upbeat mood and is carefully monitoring his recovery alongside the club’s medical staff.

While the idea is for Hazard to take it easy, Diario AS states the objective is to be available for the derby against Atletico Madrid on March 7.

Lucas Vazquez and Dani Carvajal, meanwhile, are back in full training. The pair have recovered from their respective injuries. And should no further problems arise, Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane may select them for his squad to face Valencia on Sunday.

The injured Federico Valverde, Marcelo, Alvaro Odriozola, Eder Militao all did some form of training indoors. Marvin Park, on the other hand, wasn’t fit for a session on Friday.

Real Madrid skipper Sergio Ramos, meanwhile, continues his recovery from a knee injury.
