Real Madrid have slapped a bargain €25million price tag on in-demand left-back Sergio Reguilon, setting Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain on red alert.

Reguilon, who came through the ranks at the Santiago Bernabeu, has just 22 senior appearances for the club under his belt and seems highly unlikely to feature for Zinedine Zidane’s side next term.

After spending two years on loan at lower-league outfit Logrones, the 23-year-old Spaniard’s burgeoning talent has finally burst into life at Sevilla this season.

While enjoying a rise to the stardom in Andalusia, Reguilon has racked up 37 outings for Los Rojiblancos in all competitions, catching attention from several notable European clubs.

Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are spearheading the long list of suitors interested in praying the highly-rated youngster away from the Real Madrid clutches.

As per Spanish publication Sport, the two have been handed a massive transfer boost as Los Blancos look to cut Reguilon loose asking ‘just’ €25million in return.

Zidane has enjoyed what he saw from Ferland Mendy since bringing him from Lyon last summer and plans to put his faith in the €48million acquisition next season.

Marcelo, who’s been an omnipresent figure at the club over the past decade, is also likely to remain and mount competition for a place in the starting eleven.

Frank Lampard is desperate to land a top-class left-back in the summer, but despite working around the clock to sign Ben Chilwell, Leicester City have been reluctant to sanction the transfer.

PSG are also in the race for Reguilon’s signature, but the presence of Juan Bernat would make the Parc des Princes a less attractive destination for Europa League finalist.
