Champions League qualification is well within reach of the Blues, who got back to winning ways in the league on Saturday.

Christian Pulisic demands Chelsea “take every game seriously” in order to boost their chances for a top-four finish in the Premier League.

Chelsea were handed a blow in the race for a top-four finish following their humiliating 5-2 defeat at the hands of relegation-threatened West Brom last week.

However, they were able to respond in style after the setback as Thomas Tuchel’s men sealed a comprehensive 4-1 win over Crystal Palace last time out.

The Blues sit just below the lowest Champions League position and are separated by fourth-placed West Ham by a mere point.

Only nine fixtures remain, and the London side must avoid dropping points to damage their chances and give hopes to other aspirants in Liverpool, Tottenham, and Everton.

“It was tough last season, you have to battle if you want pick up results and finish in that top-four,” Pulisic told the official club website.

“It’s going to be tight. We need to put some good results together, for sure, so we take every game seriously, go game by game. That’s our strategy for now, so we’re ready for the challenge.”
