Ahead of the upcoming Supercup clash against Olympique Marseille, PSG received the best possible news with two of their players.

PSG is about to face Olympique Marseille with the fantastic news that Mauricio Pochettino just delivered. The tournament is the French Supercup that will be celebrated at Bollaert-Delelis Stadium in Lens. Both clubs are already in the city preparing for the upcoming match that will decide the first trophy of 2021 in world football. Before this match, Mauricio Pochettino was about to get news on Neymar’s ankle.

The Argentine manager hasn’t coached the Brazilian star in any official matches since he arrived. So far, he’s missed five games due to this problem but he finally got recovered. Ahead of tomorrow’s match, Pochettino announced Neymar is ready to play but he won’t rush him. Chances are he will start on the bench and will play a few minutes on the second half. The gaffer also revealed Kylian Mbappe is in perfect condition to play this game from the start.

Pochettino might use both stars vs OM.

“Neymar is available – he will be with the group,” said Pochettino through beIN Sports. “We will decide on Wednesday if he will start. Kylian is in perfect condition. We are evaluating the different options for our line-up on Wednesday. We will see which team is the best to win this match. We need to perform at the best level to get the win against Marseille. My main motivation is to win this game.

“We are playing against a great rival in OM. Pride is important, much more than titles. We will do everything to win this match. If we win, we know it will bring a trophy. But the most important thing is pride. I remember these meetings perfectly. All the games were very special. For the players, the fans, the club, football is a sport of emotions. We realize with the health situation how much we miss the fans. The importance of this match, I had already felt it in my time.”
