The Premier League has announced the eight players shortlisted for April’s Player of the Month award.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Heung-Min Son have made the eight-man shortlist for the Premier League’s Player of the Month award for April.
Ronaldo scored five goals in four appearances for Manchester United in April, including a match-winning hat-trick against Norwich. He last won the Player of the Month in September.

Son, meanwhile, kicked off the month with a goal and assist in Tottenham’s 5-1 win over Newcastle. The forward later bagged a hat-trick in the 4-0 win at Aston Villa. He finished April with four goals and one assist in four league matches.
Joining Ronaldo and Son on the Premier League’s eight-man shortlist are Nathan Collins (Burnley), Kevin De Bruyne and Gabriel Jesus (Manchester City), Bruno Guimaraes (Newcastle United), Thiago (Liverpool), and Leandro Trossard (Brighton & Hove Albion).
Fans can vote for their winner on the EA Sports website. Voting closes at 12:00 (GMT +1) on Monday, May 9.
