Real Madrid struggled like they haven’t before to make their trip to Pamplona for the match against Osasuna. Over the last week, there has been an unprecedented snowfall condition in Spain that is making things very difficult for La Liga. The Atletico Madrid vs Athletic Club match was already postponed for a further date in March.
But the high command in La Liga was determined to make Real Madrid play this match regardless of the evident situation. It’s almost as if they were making things difficult on purpose but nobody at the club complained. There should be no excuses when you play at Real Madrid, and the players showed their strength of character.

Despite playing in heavy snowfall, everybody at Osasuna worked really hard to make this game happen. From the people who work at the stadium cleaning the pitch as much as possible. To the players, who delivered a sobering performance against Los Blancos throughout 90 minutes. Perhaps a draw wasn’t the result we are expecting as spectators, but this is an important game for the locals against Los Blancos.
This stalemate is helpful to FC Barcelona, who won today and needed Real Madrid to lose points. However, La Liga’s officials are the ones to blame for today’s poor level of performance. Postponing the game was a far better option than forcing both clubs to play.
