We need to talk about the controversial topic of the season. Cristiano Ronaldo simply needs to move on from Juventus before it’s too late.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s time at Juventus seems quite finished as the current season keeps going and he doesn’t meet his targets. When he arrived at the club, they lured him by making the promise the club would fight for the UEFA Champions League. However, the last three years have proven the Italian club simply isn’t ready to take on such a massive endeavor. As a result, we all get the feeling Cristiano is wasting the last great years of football inside a club that can’t respond to his needs.

A player like him needs to be surrounded by other great players and that simply isn’t the case at Juventus. There isn’t a single footballer on the attack who can match Ronaldo’s level of skill. He is the one who carries the squad on his own and he is getting tired of doing it. If next week’s predictions become a reality, Ronaldo and his club will be eliminated from the Champions League. If this happens, there is no question he will start looking for his next destination.

Where would Ronaldo suit better?

Out of all the football clubs that could potentially sign Cristiano Ronaldo, there is only a handful of them that can give him what he really wants. This is a player who already made over a billion euros in profit throughout his career. Money is not an issue here, winning titles definitely is. That’s where the separation between different clubs comes into the picture. Institutions with chances of competing for the Champions League are the only ones with a chance to sign Ronaldo.

The obvious names such as PSG or Manchester City come to mind. However, Manchester United is an ideal place for Cristiano to properly end his career. All the Red Devils lack is a franchise player who can help them take that quality step they’ve been lacking during the Ole Gunnar Solskjaer years. It’s really a no-brainer for Cristiano Ronaldo. Where do you think he should play next if he wants to win the Champions League again?
