Real Madrid currently has several injured players, you can add one more to this list with a fresh muscular issue. To be specific, this star just suffered a femoral rectum tear that could keep him away from the pitch between four and six weeks. Yesterday, Eden Hazard appeared to leave practice early for an undisclosed reason. All the Spanish media outlets were wondering what happened as the club remained coy on the situation.
Today, the Belgian star stepped on the pitch to test himself and he also couldn’t finish the practice. The club’s medical team decided to make him undergo some tests that revealed what everybody feared. Eden Hazard has another muscular injury that will keep him away from the game for a while.
Which games can Hazard miss?
Even though the report suggests he will be out for at least four weeks, these injuries usually take up to six weeks to heal completely. After the news broke, we know Hazard will definitely miss the matches against Huesca, Getafe, Valencia, Valladolid, and Real Sociedad.
He could also miss the UEFA Champions League’s first-leg against Atalanta. That is only during the four weeks he is supposed to be out. After that, Real Madrid play against Atletico Madrid, Elche, Atalanta, and Celta de Vigo. Eden could miss those games as well if he doesn’t recover completely.
