Brighton respond to Arsenal’s second bid for Chelsea target
The Seagulls have rejected a second transfer offer from Arsenal of £70 million for Moises Caicedo.
Brighton’s stance is clear, Caicedo is not for sale. The 21-year-old midfielder has emerged as a target for Arsenal and Chelsea recently. He pleaded with the club to allow him to leave on social media. Brighton, who have already sold Leandro Trossard to Arsenal, have told the player to stay home until after Tuesday’s transfer deadline. Chelsea reopen talks for Fernandez
The Blues have reopened talks with Benfica about signing midfielder Enzo Fernandez.
Benfica rejected a £70 million offer with add-ons included earlier this month. However, with Tuesday’s transfer deadline fast approaching, Chelsea are back for another round of talks. They are prepared to offer more money and believe a deal is still possible. [Telegraph – subscription required]
Felix remains a target for Barcelona
Barcelona are keeping tabs on Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix.

Bellerin could leave Barcelona for Sporting
Sporting CP are on the verge of signing Barcelona right-back Hector Bellerin on loan for the rest of the season.
