After more than six months of struggle with Arsenal, Mesut Ozil has the opportunity to continue his football career.

The Mesut Ozil saga at Arsenal has been one of the major talking points of this year. Before Mikel Arteta’s arrival, the ex-Germany star featured in almost every game for the Gunners. However, this year has been a dry spell for the playmaker at the Emirates Stadium.

The former Real Madrid midfielder was left out of the Premier League and Europa League roster by the Spanish boss. Therefore, with the lack of playing time at Arsenal, Ozil switched to social media to express his feelings. It is clear that the club could have used his help to solve many problems on the field for the new season.

Ozil to Juventus?

According to reports from Tuttosport, Serie A giants Juventus have reached out to Ozil’s agent, Erkut Sogut. It could be possible that Bianconeri loans him for six months and pays half his salaries. The remaining half of the wages will be the responsibility of Arsenal.

This deal, of course, will be successful if Ozil wishes to leave England for getting some playtime in his career. As of now, the 32-year-old’s contract with Arsenal will expire in June, and he will become a free agent.
