A formidable attacking line consisting of three of the very best players in the world is formed at PSG following Messi’s move to the club.
Lionel Messi thinks it is “really crazy” that will be playing alongside Neymar and Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain.
Although it remains to be seen how Mauricio Pochettino will set his team up, PSG’s front three will be consist of Messi, Mbappe, and Neymar.
The Argentine, who committed to a two-year deal at the club following his free transfer, already has the experience of playing with Neymar from their time together at FC Barcelona.
“[To play with Neymar and Kylian Mbappe] is really crazy and I am really happy about that,” said Messi in his first press conference for PSG, via Independent.
“Sharing the day-to-day life with them and the squad, the team is incredible and I really want to train and compete now because I am going to be playing with the best players.
“It is an incredible experience.”
Messi added: “As soon as I arrived here I was so happy, so motivated, so excited. It has happened so fast, but I am enjoying it so much.
“The squad and coaches here are capable of winning everything, which is my objective. I still want to win, as I wanted in the first moment of my career.”
