The Red Devils are the second-most successful team in the competition and will be aching to move one step closer to securing their 13th title.

Manchester United clash against West Ham United on Tuesday evening in the FA Cup 5th round.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side had to take on Watford and then Liverpool, beating both their opponents by the odd goal, to reach this far in the competition.

David Moyes & co., meanwhile, had a relatively easier route with fifth-tier team Stockport County and third-tier side Doncaster Rovers in their path to the fifth round.

Manchester United vs West Ham Form:

The Old Trafford outfit missed on claiming three points in their previous Premier League fixture after failing to hold onto their narrow lead in the final moments against Everton.

Switching their attention to the FA Cup now, they will hope to go all the way through in the competition this time having exited at the semi-finals stage in the last season.

United, who are only second to Arsenal in the cup competition having won it on 12 occasions, are yet to win the title since 2016.

West Ham were held to a scoreless draw against Fulham in the Premier League in their previous fixture.

However, they are enjoying an impressive campaign. The London side sit sixth in the league table, just a point behind fourth-placed defending champions Liverpool.

The Hammers have won the FA Cup thrice, with their last victory in 1980.
