Wolves striker Raul Jimenez says he will not push for an exit from the club but remains open to all the options on his table.

Raul Jimenez continues to attract interest from a host of top sides but has once again remained coy on his future.

Since his arrival at the Molineux in 2018, the Portuguese forward has established himself as one of the most prolific frontmen in the Premier League.

Last season, Jimenez bagged an impressive 27 goals across all competitions for Wolves.

In the past few weeks, many clubs have inquired about the services of the forward, particularly Juventus and Manchester United.

Wolves are not desperate to sell but could be forced to do so if a good offer comes in. Similar to the sale of Diogo Jota to Liverpool.

Jimenez is in no rush for a new challenge but adds that he is not shutting things down on the transfer front.

“I have three more seasons left [on my contract],” he said at an event at Mexico’s London embassy as quoted by Goal.

“If I stay here at Wolves, I’d be very happy. We know that anything can happen and there could be a change. I’m open to everything.

“I already had the luck to play some games [in the Champions League]. It’s something incredible and it’s in my plans to play again, but first I have to do what I have to do with Wolves.”

Jimenez also admitted he didn’t know about Wolves prior to joining them in 2018 but hailed his move as one of his best-ever decisions.

“I did not know [where Wolverhampton was].

“The little I knew of England was London, Newcastle. I knew very little about England and I didn’t know anything about Wolverhampton.

“It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It was difficult because I was with the national team in Denmark and that’s where the offer came to me.

“They told me about the club, about the project. I said ‘it’s not a well-known team’ and I had to investigate. It was an interesting choice and to this day I do not regret having taken it.”

Jimenez was in the running for the golden boot last season and has started this season in good form with two goals to his name already.
