The two Premier League clubs are reported admirers of Belgium international Youri Tielemans.
Leicester City have not received any offers for Youri Tielemans, according to club chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha.
Tielemans, who is out of contract at the King Power in 2023, admitted in June that he would ‘listen to other opportunities’ from rival clubs, raising the possibility of a transfer this summer.
Various reports have linked the 25-year-old midfielder with moves to Arsenal and Manchester United.
Youri Tielemans on if he could leave Leicester: “That is not out of the question. I feel very good at Leicester, but of course you have to listen to other opportunities, you have to look at your career & sometimes you have to make choices. Maybe one will come my way.” #afc pic.twitter.com/e4aGoppi0Q

‘There haven’t been any offers yet’
Speaking at the launch of an artificial pitch in Thailand, however, Srivaddhanaprabha said Leicester are yet to receive any offers.
“It’s nothing. There haven’t been any offers yet. There hasn’t been anything concrete or a proposition yet,” he said.
The 37-year-old Thai also insisted the Foxes can still sign players this summer, having failed to do so at the moment.
“Premier League football is one of the focal points for the King Power Group,” Srivaddhanaprabha added.
“You may see that the reinforcement is quite slow, this is because the market is changing quite quickly. You have to wait until the end of August. I think there is still time.”
Leicester, who finished eighth in the Premier League last season, get their campaign underway on August 7 at home to Brentford.
