Allianz Stadium in Turin was the place where Juventus faced Torino in the Serie A city derby, we have the player ratings for you tonight.

The Derby della Mole between Juventus and Torino took place tonight at Allianz Stadium in Turin. Cristiano Ronaldo starred alongside Paulo Dybala on the attack with no Alvaro Morata due to a two-match suspension. Andrea Pirlo had to improvise a little bit for this match, but the experiment almost didn’t work. Nicolas N’Koulou scored a surprising early goal for Torino during a corner-kick where he found a rebound inside the box.

His shot was slightly decomposed but it did the work. With this result, Juventus went to half time losing the Torino Derby. Cristiano Ronaldo doesn’t do too well during derbies in recent years, today wasn’t the exception. The Portuguese forward was erratic and slightly out of touch with his attempts to score a goal against Torino.

McKennie and Bonucci save the day.

It wasn’t until the last 15 minutes of the match when Juventus reacted to Torino’s initial goal. Weston McKennie scored from a corner-kick after Cuadrado sent a perfect cross from the set-piece. With only a few minutes left on the clock, Leonardo Bonucci scored the winning goal after another assist from the Colombian midfielder.

As some of you might know, Bonucci’s son is a diehard Torino supporter and his father plays for the hated city rival. In his celebration, you could see Leonardo going all out to send some banter towards his son. This Juventus side still doesn’t look too convincing for the remainder of the year. Cristiano Ronaldo needs to improve quite a bit if he wants to help his side win the biggest titles of the season.
