The Serbian marksman spent the second half of last season out on loan and now discusses the possibility of another loan move.

Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic has left the door open for a possible move away from Real Madrid this summer in order to get more playing time.

Much was expected from Jovic when Real Madrid secured his services for €60 million from Eintracht Frankfurt in 2019.

However, he struggled to deliver on those expectations which led to him gradually losing favor at the club. After being restricted to just five games in the first half of 2021-22, he returned to former club Frankfurt on a temporary move until the end of the season.

The 23-year-old will now look to make a place for himself in Carlo Ancelotti’s line-up in the coming season. In case that doesn’t work out, he suggests he will not hesitate to leave Real Madrid.

“My priority is to be in a quality league and play,” Jovic told Diario AS.

“At my age, and after such a long time where I was more off the pitch than on it, if I leave again I want to be somewhere where they recognize my quality enough to have me consistently in the line-up.”
