The young Norwegian was visibly frustrated after he was unable to secure all three points for his side on Saturday despite scoring a brace.

Erling Haaland has apologized for his furious reaction after Borussia Dortmund’s 2-2 draw with Cologne in Bundesliga.

Cologne scored twice in either half after Haaland had opened the scoring early on. The relegation-threatened side appeared to be heading towards a win, but the 20-year-old striker netted at the 90th minute to salvage a point for his side.

Disappointed over BVB dropping more points, he stormed off the pitch at the full-time whistle after throwing his shirt at Koln defender Jorge Mere.

“I was pretty pissed. I had a slightly wrong reaction by pulling the suit of the person who asked,” Haaland told reporters ahead of Norway’s World Cup qualifier match against Gibraltar, via TV2.

“I’m sorry for that. But I could not control myself then, because I was so pissed.“
