Tottenham plot £70m summer move for Nigerian superstar

After Napoli turned down an initial approach in January, Tottenham plan to revive their transfer interest in striker Victor Osimhen in the summer.

Spurs will make a move for the 23-year-old Nigerian regardless of Harry Kane’s future. They want a new A-list new striker and feel Osimhen, who is valued at £70 million (€83m), fits the bill. [Football Insider]

Xavi & Barcelona set for crunch meeting with Dembele

Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez has given Ousmane Dembele a couple of days to clear his head before a crunch meeting.

The 24-year-old Frenchman is out of contract in the summer. He turned down a transfer in January to an unnamed Premier League club. So unless he signs a new deal, he will leave Camp Nou as a free agent.

Chelsea plot move for Real Madrid defender

Real Madrid defender Eder Militao has emerged as a potential transfer target for Chelsea.

Blues boss Thomas Tuchel has requested funds from the board for a summer revamp. He made this call as contract talks with defenders Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta, and Andreas Christensen haven’t progressed.
