Barcelona prepare for two new signings

The Blaugrana are close to completing free transfers for Sergio Aguero and Memphis Depay.

Aguero hopes to put pen-to-paper on a two-year contract with Barcelona after Manchester City’s Champions League final against Chelsea on May 29. The Argentine will have his salary lowered by as much as €10 million.

If Harry Kane leaves Tottenham, Gareth Bale could extend his loan stay with the club for another season.

The 31-year-old has shown glimpses of his old self in recent weeks. He was expected to return to Real Madrid once his loan deal ends in June, but could now stay on in London.

Douglas Costa to return to Brazil

The 30-year-old has struggled to make an impact on loan at Bayern Munich this season.

Costa, therefore, will return to Brazilian club Gremio on another loan deal. A deal is complete. The only things left now are a medical and an official announcement.
