After having an alleged offer of €60 million turned down last week, Arsenal are set to table a second transfer bid for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
The Gunners hope to steal a march in the race for Osimhen amid rumored interest from Manchester United. How much they’re prepared to pay for the 23-year-old is uncertain. Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma has completed his medical as he enters the final stages of his transfer to Tottenham.
