Who is the best African player in FIFA 22?
The title of the best player from Africa in FIFA 22 belongs to Mohamed Salah. EA Sports has ranked the Liverpool and Egypt forward as the 12th-best player in the game itself. He has an overall rating of 89.
Interestedly, Salah’s Liverpool teammate Sadio Mane also boasts an 89 rating but ranks 22nd in the overall list in comparison.

21-40: Osimhen one to watch out for
Like in real life, Victor Osimhen is a striker to watch out for in FIFA 22. The 22-year-old is young, fast, and has a deadly eye for goal. If you keep him for a few seasons in Career Mode, you could have one of the very best African players and deadliest strikers in the world at your fingertips.
Nigerian legend Nwankwo Kanu has even tipped Osimhen to follow in his footsteps by winning the African Footballer of The Year prize.
Elsewhere, a 34-year-old Medhi Benatia isn’t doing bad with an 81 rating. Liverpool midfielder Naby Keita also features on this list in 24th place with a rating of 80, as does Manchester United defender Eric Bailly at 79.
