Franck Lampard has emerged as a managerial option for the Canaries.
Norwich have started searching for a new coach after sacking Daniel Farke last week. There are two leading candidates for the job, both being sacked from their previous managerial jobs.
According to Goal, Norwich are in talks with Franck Lampard to take over the managerial seat at the Carrow Road Stadium.
The club are also considering Dean Smith, who parted ways with Aston Villa earlier this week.
Having collected five points from 11 matches, Norwich are the rock-bottom of the Premier League table. The club’s next manager will face a challenging project to turn things over at the club.
Lampard started his managerial career at Chelsea last season. Despite a promising start to the season, the Blues decided to part ways with the club legend after a run of bad results. The club then appointed Thomas Tuchel who led them to Champions League glory in his first season.
Lampard is reportedly eyeing to bring his Stamford Bridge staff to the Carrow Road Stadium. Notable among them is his former assistant Joe Edwards who currently works alongside Thomas Tuchel.
