An unsettled player in Frank Lampard’s star-studded team has brought up serious concerns ahead of the January transfer window.

Antonio Rudiger has fallen down the pecking order at Chelsea lately, and he admits being ‘not satisfied’ with this state of affairs.

Thiago Silva was one of the several additions in the squad made over the summer by Frank Lampard, and the manager has opted for the much-experienced and highly-accomplished Brazilian alongside Kurt Zouma as his center-back pairing.

Just a single appearance in the Premier League and five overall this season has been made by the German who was a mainstay in the team during his first two seasons at Stamford Bridge.

He was linked with a move away from Chelsea over the summer and the rumors may well reemerge as the January transfer window inches closer.

Rudiger, however, is not the one to quit and is determined to push his way back into Lampard’s starting XI.

“I can’t be satisfied with my situation, but the fight has been accepted,” the ex-Roma defender told German publication ZDF.

“What will happen in January is a long way off. I’m completely relaxed.”
