Let’s take a look at the player ratings from the second La Liga fixture Barcelona plays, they visited Celta de Vigo in Balaidos tonight.

FC Barcelona traveled to Balaidos to face Celta de Vigo in a match filled with rain that has Galicia against the ropes. The Catalan club was coming to one of the most difficult stadiums that becomes difficult to conquer when it’s filled with fans. However, this time was different due to the ongoing pandemic. No stadium in Spain can open its doors for supporters as per the government’s orders.

With this in mind, Barcelona had a relatively easier job to do against Celta. The Catalan club could finish the game with a convincing away win that leaves them one point from the top of the table. But more importantly, it leaves a great sensation due to how dominant they were against the locals.

Ansu Fati proved he is not just another hyped youngster. He opened the scoreboard with another goal and reached 10 in the Spanish La Liga. The striker is the fifth-youngest player to reach this milestone in the history of the competition. In a very difficult first half, Barcelona got Lenglet sent-off for using his elbow against a striker before half-time.

This gave everybody the impression that the Blaugrana would struggle to get a victory with 10 players on the pitch. But Messi played his part during the second half by provoking Celta’s own goal and setting Sergi Roberto up for the third. The Argentine cleared every doubt of his commitment to the club with this performance. He also closes a dark chapter in his personal history with an institution he adores above almost anything else.
