The second round of the 2022/23 Carabao Cup is complete.

50 teams discovered their next opponents on Wednesday night for the second round of the 63rd edition of the Carabao Cup.

The 13 Premier League teams not competing in Europe this season were also part of the draw. These included Leicester City, Everton, Wolves, and Aston Villa.

The remaining seven top-flight clubs, including reigning champions Liverpool, get an automatic third-round spot as they all will compete in a UEFA competition in Europe this season.

Carabao Cup second round draw

Leicester will visit League Two Stockport County in the second round and Newcastle United will take a trip to fourth-tier Tranmere Rovers.

Frank Lampard’s Everton face League One Fleetwood Town away from home, while Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa go up against Bolton Wanderers.
