On his first day back at training for Manchester United, Bruno Fernandes wanted to brace himself for a new and exciting season.
Bruno Fernandes is officially back training with Manchester United, he is eager for the new season to start. As part of the new plans for the campaign, there are several new strategies that the club is doing in order to get back to the top. This includes the signings of Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane, both players who bring Bruno’s competitive nature to the table. Ever since he arrived at the club, all the Portuguese star wanted was to play alongside top players who could help him win titles.
Last season was a disappointment for Fernandes after losing the Europa League final but this is a new season for him. With all the impressive new planning at United, it’s inevitable for him to get excited. As he well should. But when asked about the new opportunities to win titles this season, Bruno always tries to keep his cool because he knows that United still hasn’t won anything with him on board.

Fernandes arrived back at Carrington on Tuesday but he offered his first interview of the pre-season today. This is what Goal reported him saying to the media: “I think as always, Manchester United have a chance to win whatever we want or whatever we try to win. Last season, unluckily for us, we didn’t win any trophies. We got to the final of the Europa League, but unluckily we didn’t win.
“But still, with or without the transfers. Manchester United will always be a tough opponent who will try to win every competition we are included in. As I’ve always said, for me being at this level at this club who wants to win, is because of that. Because I know we have a chance to win everything we are included in. After that, you can win or not but we still have a chance. We should and we will do our best to win something, of course.”
