After landing in Barcelona, Lionel Messi lashed out against the media for their treatment against him during the international break in Argentina.

It’s safe to say that Lionel Messi is past the point of no return at FC Barcelona. After today’s statements when he landed back in Spain, we can’t guarantee he will remain there after the summer of 2021. The club’s presidential elections can’t come soon enough for the Catalan club’s supporters.

They are watching how their best player in history is sick and tired of how the media portrays him and they can’t do anything about it. With the roles completely reversed, we see a happy Messi playing for his country and an unhappy Leo playing for his club. Out of all the latest coverage on him, there were reports of Antoine Griezmann’s family members talking against the Argentine.

They say he is a dictator and they don’t like the way he conducts himself as Barcelona’s captain. Even if all these things turn out to be true, it’s clear that someone is still trying to get Leo to leave the city for good.

Messi was also chased by the IRS.

Upon returning to Barcelona, Lionel landed on his private plane and found an unwelcome surprise. As soon as he stepped on Spanish soil, some IRS agents were already waiting for him. We all know about Messi’s long history with this institution that accuses him of tax evasion.

After responding to questions from these agents, he left the airport with several cameras pointing at him and reporters asking questions. ‘El Chiringuito’ asked Messi about the whole Griezmann drama and Messi responded with an unforgettable statement.

“Honestly, I’m tired of always being the major problem at the club. Apart from that, I find the people from the IRS after a 15-hour flight. It’s crazy.”
